Delivery

All orders will be processed within five days unless your order is printed on–demand. These products will be distributed within two weeks of purchase. Please note that during busy periods estimated delivery dates may differ.

Design Exchange products are donated by our community and distributed free of charge excluding P&P. Delivery costs apply to each item ordered. See below.

UK Tracked: £5
International Tracked: £20

Design Exchange items are a combination of new and used resources. We manually check each product for damage and only redistribute materials that we believe will be of benefit to our community.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact our team. We will do all we can to address any problems you might experience. This includes digital downloads, design exchange resources and merchandise.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

A full refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within ten days of us receiving the returned item(s). We are not able to refund or exchange items that have been used or are not in original condition.

All digital products are delivered as a download. In some cases a member of our team will be in touch with additional details.
