Delivery
We aim to distribute products within five working days. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Right Aligned have no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

Based on our experience, our preferred courier is Royal Mail. We provide two UK options and one international option. UK distribution should reach you within 2-3 days with international delivery estimated to take 3-7 days depending on location.

Payment
We provide a number of payment options including all major credit cards, ApplePay and Paypal. When ordering see checkout page for options because this can vary from time to time.

Returns
Products may be returned if you notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Right Aligned is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within five working days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
