Design is a very loud industry and it can be very easy to loose sight of what makes your business unique. We work with freelancers, founders and teams to help share their approach to projects providing them with the space to be seen.

We encourage teams to use our platform to champion the people directly involved in the projects shared. Business owners are traditionally the face of their operation but we believe it is important to celebrate all voices.

Digital workshop presentations
When we first started out all we wanted to do was go inside the agencies we admired the most but that wasn’t possible. We now invite teams to share their processes by exploring a project or discipline via our online workshop series.

Live from the Hive
If you are tired of the noise online and the constant battle to maintain social media come and join the Hive. This community focused space is made to provide clarity, support and conversation in a safe–space.

Long format interviews
To compliment our process–led workshops and live conversations we publish long–format interviews with members of the design community for people that like to take a break from the non–stop pace of modern life.

Most workshop presentations explore the processes used when developing projects including strategy, concepts and deliverables. Our approach is to give all contributors the power to include what represent them and their work best.

On average our workshop presentations are between 30 and 45 minutes in length. Where possible we include an informal Q&A allowing us to discuss in more detail.

Workshop presentations are live because we make it possible for a small number of people to tune–in. A recording of this is made and then added to our website for our community to access. All proceeds generated are then reinvested in future projects.

We are increasingly tired of the noise online so we decided to build a space for our community to escape social media.The Hive is home to ideas, support and conversation.

Our long–format interviews are relatively new so we have been selecting people based on their past contribution to our platform. However, we are always looking for people that are interested in sharing their experiences. Get in touch if you’d like to be invovled.

We originally started out to help students, graduates and early–stage professionals but we now appeal to a broader demographic. This includes founders, in–house teams and professionals that are wanting to pivot.
